You can also try adding 1/4 teaspoon to eight ounces of water. Don’t drink water with baking soda within two hours of taking medications as the change in stomach acid can affect how your body absorbs medicine. Eat an alkaline diet – The foods you eat are either alkaline or acidic so if you’re trying to shift your body out of an acidic state, watch your diet.
Increase the amounts of fresh, organic fruits and vegetable you eat and eat meat (especially if it’s not grass-fed) in moderation only.
